What is a Dan Chernett?
On the other side of the screen you will find a real human animator and illustrator based in Bristol.
My first passion was for books and I built up over 10 years experience creating artwork for the children’s and young adult’s market. As well as my own work I was hired as a colourist and penciller on a number of well known brands. Seeking a new challenge I threw myself into the exciting world of animation and have fallen in love with the complexity and collaboration needed to bring creations to life.
When I’m not working in the studio I’ll be found pottering in the garden, frolicking in the countryside, or just plain lazing on a beach. If the weather turns I’ll get stuck into some bad sci-fi or corny fantasy. Basically if it’s about robots, monsters or aliens count me in!
